The Troop 76 Internet Site

This site offers comprehensive information on the troop (calendar of events, activities, manuals, etc.) and it contains information and links to the Boy Scout organization.  Troop 76 is a member of the Scatacook District which belongs to the Yankee Connecticut Council.  It and other councils around the country are part of the Boy Scouts of America.

We will use the Web site to try post "last minute" changes to Troop activities, such as schedule changes due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We have adopted a policy of not identifying scouts by last name or telephone number. The troop will strive to post photos of past events, again without identifying specific youth members.  Security policies and practices will be reviewed from time to time by the Troop Committee.
